We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping: Adhere to the provided instructions to ensure your return is processed efficiently.

Exemptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Additionally, items purchased as part of a bundle or promotional deal must be returned as a whole set.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Exchange

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
